Shailendra Komatreddy is the Founder and Managing Partner of TLH with over three decades of experience in M&A, PE, JV, Corporate & Commercial law, Restructuring, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution Practices. His practice spans high profile, large-volume transactions, advice on complex commercial arrangements, advising clients on strategy for entering into and operation of their joint ventures, M&As, corporate restructuring, project finance, private equity and other financial and strategic investments. Additionally, he has significant experience and provides commercially feasible legal advice in the real estate and dispute resolution space.

He has advised Fortune 100 companies, leading Indian business conglomerates, PE funds-including sovereign wealth funds-and government agencies.

His industry expertise includes manufacturing, banking & finance, infrastructure, real estate, information technology, biotechnology, education, pharmaceuticals, insurance and healthcare. He has represented several market leaders across these sectors.
