Acted as lender’s legal counsel in connection with availing of working capital facilities aggregating approximately Rs. 8,250 crores ($964m) by Navayuga Engineering Company Limited.
Acted as legal counsel to a financial institution established by the Government of India to promote and develop the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises sector in a significant funding of over $200m from Green Climate Fund, a fund established by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in respect of the institutions’ project of Financing Mitigation and Adaptation Projects in Indian MSMEs.
Advised a consortium of lenders, led by a major public sector bank, in connection with the substitution of the concessionaire for a road infrastructure project based on the Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) model on an annuity basis in the State of Bihar, with total exposure of over Rs. 1000 crore.
