Chan is joined by May Lau, who specialises in real estate transactions, and regularly handles matters in the logistics warehouse market. Jeremy Ong has a strong knowledge of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT), with experience advising REIT clients on formation, listing, and initial public offerings (IPOs). After more than 30 years at the firm, Rico Chan retired in December 2024.

Acting for Hong Kong Housing Society in the disposal of 5 shopping malls in Hong Kong (all of which are situated in composite developments) to China Resources Longdation Company Limited for a consideration of HKD 1.035 billion (approximately USD 133 million).
Acting for New World Development in connection with its project cooperation agreement with China Resources Land Limited ("CR Land"), in which the two companies will jointly develop a residential project that will create approximately 1,800 homes in the Northern Metropolis, with construction scheduled to commence in 2024.
Advising LaSalle Investment Management on a joint venture with Weave Living for acquiring a residential building in Robinson Road, Hong Kong (an upscale residential district popular with bankers and other financial services executives) for HKD 275 million (USD 35 million).
