Position

Paul is the regional Managing Partner of Mourant Asia and the Managing Partner of the Mourant Hong Kong office. He is also the Practice Leader of the firm's Corporate and Investment Funds team in Asia.

Paul regularly advises on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions (public and private), investment funds, joint ventures and the restructuring of companies and structures. These will often be complex and/or private equity-related transactions.

Paul has been ranked as a leading individual by Chambers and Partners since 2008 (initially in the United Kingdom and then Asia) and the Legal 500 since 2015.
