Demonstrating strength in the telecoms, banking, energy and security sectors, among others, the team routinely assists with tax compliance and the tax aspects of M&A transactions, including cross-border deals. Office managing partner Óscar Melara leads the team alongside accountant and financial adviser Marlyn Velásquez.
