Carey Olsen is well positioned to assist clients looking to list debt on TISE and those seeking to list on the LSE’s Main and AIM markets, also providing regulatory support to listed companies, seeing them through restructuring measures and handling the acquisition of listed targets. Practice head Ben Morgan handles debt transactions, assisting with the listing of notes on TISE and their subsequent refinancing, while Annette Alexander helps funds looking to list and is also well versed in associated regulatory requirements.
