Advised Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company PJSC (Masdar) on their agreement with GEK TERNA and other shareholders to acquire TERNA ENERGY. The deal represents the largest ever energy transaction on the Athens Exchange and one of the largest in the EU renewables industry.
