The practice includes eight insolvency administrators, supported by specialists in related areas of law such as labour, corporate and business law, who manage cases at the local, national and international levels. In addition to traditional insolvency administration, the firm also oversees self-administration and creditor protection proceedings, as well as trustee mandates under the ESUG. The team is co-led led by experienced insolvency administrators Joachim Exner and Hubert Ampferl, who handle large and complex insolvency cases. Exner is tasked with overseeing the administration of internationally active manufacturing companies, particularly in the mechanical and plant engineering, and automotive supply industries, while Ampferl provides support in complex self-administration and protective shield proceedings.
