The team regularly acts on behalf of shareholders and creditors in self-administration proceedings and restructuring via trusteeships and is also well versed in the drafting of insolvency and restructuring plans in accordance with StaRUG. Co-head Gerrit Hölzle regularly acts as insolvency administrator, trustee and general representative in self-administration proceedings; he jointly leads the team with Christian Bärenz, who is experienced in restructuring matters, in and out-of court restructuring as well as cross-border insolvency issues.
