Christian Bärenz and Gerrit Hölzle jointly lead the practice. Bärenz has experience in all aspects of corporate crises, with particular expertise in insolvency-related M&A transactions, while Hölzle serves as insolvency administrator and trustee, and takes on board or management functions in self-administration proceedings.
