Noerr advises a client base consisting of asset managers, including real estate and private equity funds, as well as companies and federal authorities on transactions across various asset classes as well as on project developments; the latter particularly often stem from the logistics and green energy sectors. Annette Pospich heads the practice and focuses on the structuring of transactions for retail, logistics and office space, including sale-and-lease-back deals and lease agreements.
