Spearheaded by Jakob Steiff and Christian Scherer, CMS' public procurement team is recognised for its work across a wide range of industry sectors, including energy, construction and IT services. Steiff has extensive experience in designing and implementing complex procurement procedures for public sector clients, while Scherer tackles issues arising out of both public and private construction procurement projects. The practice is also able to assist clients with the structuring of tenders and bids for energy and transport infrastructure, and is also tasked with acting for clients in review procedures and those undergoing self-cleaning measures.
