The Leinemann & Partner team applies its procurement expertise in large-volume construction projects, particularly in the railway and road infrastructure segments, where it assists almost exclusively on the side of bidding companies, as well as in the healthcare sector. The latter industry expertise regularly flows into advice on new hospital buildings and sector-specific digitisation matters. Alongside companies from the private sector, the company also assists public sector clients with procurement and review procedures as well as with various contentious issues up to and including litigation.
