GvW Graf von Westphalen's expertise in procurement and review procedures leads to regular instructions from public clients that involve large-scale construction and infrastructure projects as well as modernisation measures for clinics as well as the procurement of IT, cybersecurity and cloud services. Co-practice head Bettina Meyer-Hofmann assists almost exclusively public sector actors and serves the interface between procurement, funding and health law. Recently, Ingrid Reichling joined her as co-head; she is particularly well versed in the research, IT and security sectors.
