The environmental and planning law team at GSK Stockmann regularly assists with energy generation and infrastructure projects, such as LNG and network expansion, as well as transport infrastructure ventures such as roads and railways. This is complemented by urban development skills, which the team frequently applies in the context of retail and district developments. Other areas of expertise include emission control, water, environmental and substance law as well as ESG. The practice is jointly headed by Andreas Geiger, who is experienced in infrastructure projects, and Jan Hennig, who focuses on environmental law advice on commercial projects, particularly in the retail and logistics asset classes.
