Work highlights

Represented the Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in a successful defence of the sea and land sections of the “Ostsee LNG” project and the Baltic Sea Pipeline Link (OAL) against two urgent preliminary and main proceedings brought by two environmental associations before the Federal Administrative Court. GSK had previously provided the Stralsund Mining Authority with comprehensive advice on the energy law planning procedure in accordance with the LNG Acceleration Act and the Energy Industry Act (EnWG).
