Testimonials

  • ‘Stefan Rappen is solution-oriented, pragmatic, and well known.’
  • ‘What stands out for us is the business mindset in their advice. Instead of thinking from a legal perspective, partners and even young associates are trained with a business mindset to assess any situation not just from a legal but also economic (time/money) perspective. As such, they do not shy away from giving advice that has (calculated) risks, and give us the tools we need to decide if we want to take them. Overall, this makes us feel very well taken care of.’
  • ‘Christopher Küas has a wealth of expertise when it comes to planning law in the municipalities of our state in Germany, NRW. He has strong connections with relevant players at the major municipalities, and can effectively negotiate a solution on behalf of us. Tobias Gabriel, in his own right, is a stand-out individual, as he has vast experience both in the complex world of VOB construction contracts and commercial law.'
  • ‘The legal department for planning and environment is distinguished by a high level of professional expertise and a strong client focus. Particularly noteworthy is the team’s ability to quickly understand complex requirements and develop practical, solution-oriented approaches.'
  • 'CBH Rechtsanwälte stands out with an impressive combination of professional excellence, client orientation and future-oriented consulting culture. The law firm not only offers in-depth legal expertise in numerous specialist areas, but also knows how to prepare complex facts in a practical and understandable way. Particularly noteworthy is the interdisciplinary cooperation within the teams, which makes it possible to handle even demanding mandates efficiently and in a solution-oriented manner. Compared to other law firms, CBH scores with a clear profile, a high level of reliability and a strong understanding of economic contexts.'
  • 'The cooperation was characterised by professional strength, reliability and open, solution-oriented cooperation. Tasslo Schiffer is particularly outstanding, convincing with his legal precision, strategic thinking and personal commitment.'
