GSK Stockmann's administrative and constitutional law practice acts on behalf of federal and state authorities and associations, particularly in the context of reports and processes relating to housing market regulation, but is also well versed in advising municipalities, districts and public companies on energy security. Aside from public sector clients, private companies draw on the team's expertise in sustainability requirements, infrastructure projects and working time regulation as well as constitutional and expropriation law. The practice is jointly led by Jan Hennig, who is also well versed in environmental, construction and planning law, and Wolfgang Würfel (EU and national aid and subsidy law, accident and emission control law).
