Taylor Wessing impresses with expertise along the entire investment value chain and recently supported financing rounds of unicorn start-ups, most notably advising DeepL on a large-volume financing round. The practice, led by Jens Wolf and Norman Röchert, also focuses on the technology sector, including AI, energy and climatetech, as well as on the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Wolf advises start-ups and investors, primarily technology-oriented companies, on venture capital transactions, including business angel investments and financing rounds, while Röchert also advises on venture capital transactions across the media sector.
