Stefan Galla heads the corporate and M&A segment, while the venture capital team is jointly led by Andreas Tüxen, who supports founders, start-ups and investors along the entire VC value chain, and Philipp Glock, who regularly assists financial investors with the structuring and negotiating of VC and PE investments. Michael Ströbel was appointed to partner in July 2023 and focuses on the structuring of IT and high-tech companies as well as start-ups, he also handles related investments in these sectors.
