Noerr supports large-volume financing rounds on both buy- and sell-side and advises along the entire VC value chain, including governance structures, commercial aspects, sales as well as exits. The team is regularly instructed by VC funds and technology start-ups, including from the cleantech, fintech, insurtech and AI sectors. The joint private equity and venture capital team is led by Felix Blobel, who comprehensively covers VC matters, including cross-border support, and Christoph Thiermann, who focuses on PE and M&A transactions. Recent team changes include the addition of Markus Braun (cross-border transaction support to strategic investors) from Gleiss Lutz in April 2023, while Robert Korndörfer (equity financing and exits) moved to GSK Stockmann in October 2023.
