Taylor Wessing‘s team assists with every legal and commercial aspect of a transaction, from fund formation and portfolio financing, to property structuring and management incentives. Advice on exits is a core pillar of the offering, and the team has also advised on buy-and-build strategies for a number of clients. The practice is jointly led by Maria Weiers, who advises shareholders, investors and companies on all aspects of corporate law; and Michael Stein, a specialist transactions lawyer with expertise in the healthcare, life sciences and technology sectors.
