Fieldfisher‘s media team is formed from the firm’s depth in the areas of IT, IP and copyright litigation, digital commerce and corporate law. The practice is a leader on film law matters, with instructions covering financing structuring, distribution arrangements on streaming services, and general production advice. Other key areas include digital marketing, data protection litigation, and renumeration arbitration. Martin Diesbach and Elisabeth Noltenius joined the firm from SKW Schwarz in June 2024, both IP experts who advise on copyright disputes and on entertainment contract negotiation, also bringing with them a prominent client roster.
