In particular, the practice provides legal advice on television and film productions concerning funding and financings, contracts and the use of copyrighted material, and also acts in proceedings and injunctions on rights disputes following allegations of trademark infringement. AI training and the implementation of AI-generated content has also been the subject of recent instructions for clients in film.
