AMPERSAND Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. welcomed two proven trade mark experts at the beginning of 2025: Federica Togo and Tobias Malte Müller, previously with Taliens, are both particularly in demand among Italian and French clients, which is not least due to being admitted in Italy. Trade mark management represents a just as important mainstay for the group as do anti-counterfeiting and proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union. Alexandra Heÿn's case load includes, among other matters, licensing agreements and litigation. Patrick Baronikians and Susanne Schmidt left in January 2025 to found TEAL Rechtsanwälte.
