Uexküll & Stolberg's core competencies equally address prosecution matters as well as disputes before German and European authorities and courts; the team advises a wide range of clients from various industries such as luxury goods, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Frank Dettmann heads the practice and, in addition to trade mark advice, also assists with design, fair competition and copyright issues. Ulrich-Maria Gross retired in 2024 and Alexander Thünken (trade mark, design and competition law) joined Hauck Patent- und Rechtsanwälte in January 2024.
