Grünecker offers a diverse team of patent attorneys and lawyers who handle patent disputes before both German and European courts and also assist with non-European proceedings, particularly in Asia and the US. The IP boutique's expertise covers a wide range of disputes, including infringement, invalidity, opposition and appeal proceedings, as well as a variety of specialist areas, including telecommunications, mechanical engineering and life sciences. The team is led by Bernd Allekotte (telecommunications and life sciences), Ulrich Blumenröder (IT, medical devices, mechanical engineering and electronics) and Sebastian Ochs (electrical engineering and mechanical engineering).
