In early 2024, Anna-Catharina von Girsewald took over the management of Oppenhoff‘s insurance practice, which advises various insurers and IT services providers on transactions as well as corporate and supervisory law. In addition to the traditional focus on W&I, the team is well versed in matters pertaining to cyber crime, insurtech and AI.
