Oppenhoff continues to focus on AI and cybersecurity-related mandates, as well as outsourcing in the medical sector, litigation in the insurance sector, and the enforcement of data protection claims across both industries. The team is jointly led by Jürgen Hartung, who advises enterprises on data protection and IT law issues, with focus on outsourcing, IT projects, and e-commerce; and Marc Hilber, who is well versed within contract drafting in the aerospace and defence spaces, regularly handling outsourcing and software development projects.
