Under the leadership of Ulrike Conradi, who is experienced in the technology sector, Ogletree Deakins LLP handles restructuring and reorganisations, transactions and negotiations with works councils and unions, as well as matters relating to company pension schemes. The cross-location cooperation also enables the practice to support cross-border matters. At the end of 2023, Martin Römermann, who is experienced in the IT and technology sector, joined the team from SKW Schwarz, while the partner level was also strengthened organically with the appointment of Andre Appel (collective bargaining law) in January 2024.
