Eversheds Sutherland advises clients on a range of restructuring projects, including redundancies, while a growing priority for the group lies in assisting works councils with navigating new remuneration models and systems, as part of a wider focus on collective bargaining law. Frank Achilles heads up the team and fronts many of the group’s international transactions.
