Greenfort

Greenfort's employment team regularly advises managers and executive bodies and places a further focus on collective legal support for staff reduction measures and company transfers, including negotiations with employee representatives, as well as on collective bargaining law, works constitution law and company co-determination. Project work as well as employment disputes are additional competencies of the practice that is jointly headed by Mark Lembke and Jens-Wilhelm Oberwinter; both increasingly advise on collective bargaining contract design and subsequent negotiations.
