ADVANT Beiten regularly acts in national and international arbitration proceedings, in particular in disputes relating to company acquisition agreements as well as in corporate, commercial, banking and contractual disputes. The team also assists with the enforcement of damages claims and the recognition and enforcement of arbitration awards and judgments. In addition to practice head Ralf Hafner, who often acts as a party-appointed arbitrator, sole arbitrator or chairman, the team further expanded its expertise in October 2023 with the arrival of Oliver Korte from SKW Schwarz. Korte also acts as an arbitrator in commercial and distribution disputes.
