The team handles share and asset deals, joint ventures, restructurings, and investments across sectors such as real estate, technology, infrastructure, financial services, private equity, industrials, and healthcare. The practice is powered by the dual leadership of Michael Stobbe, who possesses deep knowledge of M&A, corporate law, shareholder disputes, insolvency advisory and restructuring; and Max Wilmanns, who focuses on corporate and M&A law, particularly joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital. The team evolved over the past year, with Chara Papagiannidi and Hawa Mahamoud promoted to counsel in January 2025, while Alexander Thomas, Tobias Valentin Abersfelder, and Katharina Schiffmann departed between March 2024 and February 2025.
