Schalast Law | Tax's corporate and M&A team routinely advises German corporations, including leading manufacturers such as the Viessmann Group, as well as PE investors on transactions in the mid- and small-cap sphere, including share and minority acquisitions and joint ventures as well as related corporate and tax law structuring.
