The corporate group is led by the talented duo of Thomas Schubert, who advises on acquisitions and strategic partnerships, and Robert Weber, who oversees insolvency proceedings, capital increases, and the entry of new shareholders. The team was strengthened with the arrival of Kerstin Henrich from Ernst & Young Law in October 2024, who is immersed in corporate governance and structuring work across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.
