Taylor Wessing

Taylor Wessing undertakes internal investigations into suspected misconduct, including fraud, corruption, money laundering, and employment law breaches.  The team is led by Martin Knaup, who oversees internal investigations and related corporate litigation, and Jan-Patrick Vogel, an expert in HR compliance, workplace investigations, and the defence of corporate misconduct cases. In May 2025, Theresa Sauerwein joined the team, strengthening its capabilities with her expertise in complex criminal proceedings.
