Advice to CMA CGM Group, the second largest container shipping company in the world. The firm advise the German organisation, which is also responsible for all business in Central and Eastern Europe, on all matters relating to employment law. During the reporting period, various works agreements were negotiated with the works council and two central departments were reorganised.
