Taylor Wessing advises banks as lenders, companies, real estate management companies and real estate funds as borrowers on the financing and refinancing of real estate transactions, including individual and portfolio financing, project developments and investments in real estate. Most recently, these mandates pertained to the asset classes logistics, commercial, hotel, office and residential, including sustainability-related matters. Head of the banking & finance practice Clemens Niedner (financing and restructuring) also leads the real estate financing team.
