GSK Stockmann places a traditional industry focus on the real estate sector and is equally well versed in related financing support. The team regularly advises national and international banks as well as project developers on the financing of individual properties and real estate portfolios, on buybacks and on the restructuring of existing financing; the latter are usually a core focus of Stefan Koser, who jointly heads the practice with Alma Franke. Both routinely advise on the financing of large district and property developments – which is also a general strength of the team. Local partner Rebecca Comtesse also leads here, she complements this with investment law expertise.
