CMS' financing team advises German and international lenders on corporate financing and refinancing and also assists private equity sponsors with acquisition financing in close cooperation with the M&A team. The practice regularly handles cross-border matters, including sustainability-related financing advice to companies aiming for multinational corporate transformations.
