Both private equity and venture capital fund managers instruct YPOG when they look to structure new investment vehicles or continuation funds, with expertise in setting up funds domiciled in Germany and Luxembourg. The team is headed by Lennart Lorenz, whose practice spans the gamut of fund structuring and regulatory issues, including licensing matters, and with a focus on private equity, credit and VC funds.
