The Trinity International LLP project finance practice brings expertise in energy, infrastructure and natural resources projects across Africa and other frontier markets. The group, co-led by Pierre Bernheim and Marianna Sédéfian, acts for commercial banks, development finance institutions, export credit agencies, sponsors and developers. Bernheim has particular experience advising on power projects and related regulatory matters throughout West Africa, while Sédéfian has strong expertise assisting clients with project financings structured around PPPs, concession agreements, BOT arrangements and similar frameworks.
