Position
Thierry Montéran's core business is the right of struggling companies in which at all levels he works with a loyal team that he appreciates and for all sorts of businesses, from the smallest to the most important in all regions of France.
Thierry attaches particular importance to sharing, which led him to organize trainings and write many articles.
Aware of the loneliness of the entrepreneur in difficulty, he joined Thierry Bellot alongside the accountants in the creation and success of the CIP National, which he chaired for three years.
As an activist in the service of companies, Thierry took part alongside Agnes Bricard, President of the Conseil Supérieur of the Order of Chartered Accountants, to create prevention insurance to finance measures to prevent companies in difficulty.

'A strong understanding of the sector's challenges and the tools that ensure sound advice, grounded in reality.’
‘The insolvency team at UGGC is excellent. They are one of the most impressive teams outside of the major international firms. They attended a number of hearings and worked well and efficiently as a team.’
‘Marine Simmnot is a superstar. I worked closely with her on the above mandate and work closely with her via the AIJA network of lawyers as we are both on the insolvency commission. She is a true specialist when it comes to insolvency and is very practical. She is also excellent as an advocate on her feet. ’
'The main strength is having the positive characteristics of a large firm while maintaining an extremely pragmatic approach. Regarding diversity, I felt there was a good balance within the firm, which gave me the impression of a dynamic and respectful professional environment. Personally, I was able to benefit from the advantages of a highly personalized collaboration between the client and the partner.'
‘Marine Simonnot is truly competent, managing the case with a highly professional approach, while maintaining great agility and adaptability to the circumstances. It was a procedure that needed to be kept simple, but achieving this outcome required ensuring that all relevant parties received the necessary assurances regarding the path chosen by the shareholder of the company involved. This allowed for a relatively simple resolution of a situation that could have become extremely complicated.’
‘The team is very efficient and attentive to the needs of both clients and colleagues, with excellent knowledge of French and international law.’
‘Relentless commitment to achieving the objective, excellent communication and enthusiasm.’
‘Marine Simonnot is highly committed and persistent in all the cases she handles with great expertise. She excels at defending the interests she represents while also finding solutions to complex issues involving multiple parties.’
