The practice is regularly involved in some of the market’s largest deals and in ground-breaking and innovative transactions such as advising on the insurance securitisation transaction of insurance risks recently. Its range of work spans SME loans, as well as commercial, trade and auto leasing receivables. The practice also handles various other structured finance and factoring work.
