Career

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, Tony Janvier joined OYAT as a partner in 2025.

With over 20 years’ experience, Tony’s practice focuses on construction projects, both public and private, civil engineering and building. He works on some of the biggest construction projects in France.

Tony began his career in 2004 with SARTORIO & Associés, before joining UGGC Avocats in 2008, where he became Avocats Counsel in 2012. He then spent almost 7 years as a partner at PARME Avocats, in charge of the Construction practice.

Tony provides highly operational advice, pre-litigation and litigation support to the various players involved in the construction process (owners, project managers, contractors, sub-contractors), whether at the contract negotiation stage, or during the execution of contracts, right through to acceptance and settlement of accounts.

He has extensive experience in the monitoring and contractual management of public and private worksites, the presentation and analysis of claims, and the settlement of construction disputes, both amicable and contentious.
Tony has also developed particular expertise in subcontracting, and handles disputes involving builders’ contractual and legal responsibilities and warranties, before both administrative and judicial jurisdictions.

Well-versed in the practice of legal appraisals, he oversees them on behalf of his clients.
A recognized expert, Tony Janvier regularly publishes articles in specialist journals, notably Le Moniteur des Travaux Publics et du Bâtiment.
