Advised Arverne Group SAS on its business combination with Euronext listed Transition SA to create the future French leader in geothermal and low-carbon lithium production.
Represented Cellectis as both French and U.S. counsel, in the context of an initial share capital increase of USD 80 million and the issue of 16 million ordinary shares, followed by a second share capital increase of USD 140 million and the issue of preferred shares to AstraZeneca.
