Career

Renaud Bonnet, co-chair of Jones Day's global Private Equity Practice, practices in the areas of venture capital, private equity, M&A and capital markets. Renaud primarily represents technology and life sciences companies, and the private equity and industrial investors that finance them, at every stage of development, from entrepreneurial start-ups to multibillion-dollar global corporations. He has served as principal lawyer in a significant number of early to late stage financing rounds, M&A and buy-out transactions, IPOs and tender offers.

Illustrative transactions in which Renaud acted as lead lawyer include: representing the issuer and/or underwriters in more than 100 IPOs and follow-on offerings; the IPOs of Criteo, Cellectis, Nanobiotix, and Talend on Nasdaq; the take-private of Completel, Wavecom, Assystem, and TxCell; the de-SPAC of Arverne Group; the LBOs of HRA Pharma, Orolia, A2Mac1, and Brico Privé; the sale of Novexel and Silicon Mobility; and the latest financing rounds of Advanced Machine Intelligence, EcoVadis, and Contentsquare.

Renaud is a member of the Corporate Finance Committee of France Biotech.
