Assisted CNews in a litigation before the Conseil d'Etat, brought by Reporter Sans Frontières, against a decision of the French Media regulation Authority, rejecting its demand to send a formal notice to CNews asking to comply with rules related to diversity of opinion in a TV program dedicated to information.
Assisted La Poste in a litigation brought by several trade unions and a national Federation against a public tender organized at the national level and related to collective catering for Post Office agents. We won the case for La Poste at the first level Civil Court and it is now with the Paris Court of Appeals.
