Arias is equally skilled in traditional litigation and appeal processes as it is in alternate dispute resolution for cases such as damage claims, as well as antitrust administrative and judicial procedures and settlements outside of court, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. The group’s industry sector breadth is diverse, spanning sectors from food and drink to manufacturing, and disputes are equally diverse, ranging from corporate, commercial, civil, administrative and IP to environmental, as well as labour disputes, in which notably the work involves assisting employers from reputation risk. More broadly, the group is noted for providing ‘excellent risk assessments and mitigation measures.’ Eduardo Ángel, highlighted for his knowledge and experience, leads the team, channelling experience in multidisciplinary disputes stemming from compliance, regulatory, antitrust and distribution issues. Senior associate Raquel Romero is knowledgeable in procedural law, and administrative law, and is therefore heavily involved in administrative procedures in El Salvador.
