Work highlights

Advised Grupo Ferrer Internacional on an ICC arbitration against New Yorker for bypassing an arbitration clause in their 40-year-old license contract for "Gamalate", after New Yorker filed constitutional lawsuits to prevent Ferrer from terminating the contract and licensing the product to another company.
Served as co-counsel with Sullivan & Cromwell to Codelco on two arbitrations (ICC and ICSID) against Ecuador and its national mining company over the Llurimagua copper project.
