The real estate team at act Randa Havel Legal garners praise for its 'strong technical knowledge'. Working in tandem with the firm’s environmental law department, the group handles the real estate elements of urban regeneration projects and the construction of energy units, and is equally adept at assisting with the planning, construction, and development of mixed-use sites, government properties, and office buildings. Elsewhere, the team advises on real estate finance, acquisitions and divestments. The practice is co-led by Martin Randa, who handles construction permits and brownfield developments, and Tomáš Slabý, who is very experienced in assisting with permit proceedings.
